Over 70% of employers continue to use assessment centres as part of their recruitment process. Drawing on data from over 2,700 assessment centres from over 100 employers, we explore what formats, exercises, skills and competencies are used within this.
We also look at how students typically perform in these areas, and how best to support them.

We noticed a rise in clients coming to us who had been struggling with keeping students engaged when it comes to employability and careers events.
