You will receive your login details to assess.digital one week before your assessment centre.
During the assessment centre experience there will also be two additional activities for you to take part in, a LinkedIn Headshot and a CV drop in. *Please bring a printed copy of your CV.

Wednesday 8th November 2023
You will attend either an AM session (09:00-13:00) or PM session (13:30-17:30) (subject to availability).
Your assessment centre will be held at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool. You must make your own way to the venue.
On arrival, report to the Kenny Dalglish stand.
There will be a bag search before entering the stadium. You are not permitted to bring any food or liquids with you into the venue.
Please make your way to the Shankly Suite.
You will take part in the following exercises where you will receive very detailed and personalised feedback that will help you when applying for future roles. Please take time to familiarise yourself with what’s involved for each exercise and click here to see some of the key competencies that employers would like you to demonstrate in this process.
You will take part in a 1 to 1 interview which will last 30 minutes.
This exercise will give you an insight into the type of questions you might encounter at an interview for a future role.
In advance of the interview, please choose a job description and review the requirements of the role to base your answers upon.
You are tasked with preparing a 15 minute presentation prior to the assessment centre. You will work individually and will be asked to present to your assessor and some of your peers.

You can use visual aids to support your presentation including PowerPoint, printed presentation slides or a hand-out document. *As the venue does not have a projector you will need to present from your own laptop, if you choose PowerPoint as your visual aid option.
