This online recruitment experience is taking place on the following dates between 12:30pm and 15:00pm:
You will take part in the following exercises where you will receive very detailed and personalised feedback that will help you when applying for future roles. Please take time to familiarise yourself with what’s involved for each exercise and click here to see some of the key competencies that employers would like you to demonstrate in this process. All materials for your exercises will be provided on the day. No pre-work is required.
The group exercise is a collaborative task where you will work together as a group on a time-sensitive task. You will be presented with a scenario that requires you to make decisions and contribute your suggestions as a group.
You will present a 3-minute presentation to the assessor and a group of your peers. The topics will be provided to you at the start of the exercise, and you will be given time to prepare and deliver your presentation during the exercise time slot. The assessor will then ask you questions.
