Please take time to familiarise yourself with what’s involved for each exercise and click here to see some of the key competencies that employers would like you to demonstrate in this process

The group exercise

The group exercise is a collaborative task where you will work together as a group on a time-sensitive task. You will be presented with a scenario that requires you to make decisions and contribute your suggestions as a group.

The presentation

You will present a 5-minute pre-prepared presentation to the assessor and a group of your peers. The assessor will ask you questions lasting up to 5 minutes. You can use visual aids to support your presentation and can bring your own devices on the day and use it to present as the venue does not have a projector in every room.
