You must go to the time slot and date that you have been allocated.
Harlequins Rugby Ground, The Stoop Stadium, Langhorn Drive, Twickenham, TW2 7SX
You will take part in the following exercises where you will receive very detailed and personalised feedback that will help you when applying for future roles. Please take time to familiarise yourself with what’s involved for each exercise and click here to see some of the key competencies that employers would like you to demonstrate in this process
As part of the assessment centre experience, you will have the opportunity to partake in an interview. This will last for 10 minutes, but remember a real employer interview can take up to an hour. This exercise will give you a snapshot of what to expect in a real interview and give you a head start on knowing some of the ‘typical’ questions you may be faced with.
This exercise requires you to look at the interview brief below, and choose a job description.
This exercise will allow you to practice demonstrating some of the behaviours and skills that are relevant when applying for roles. It is a collaborative task, but you will be assessed individually, much as you would be for a real employer group exercise.
You will not be given a brief in advance for this exercise.
Within the typical ‘live’ environment of an employer’s assessment centre, you may be asked to deliver a presentation that helps to showcase some of your key skills and behaviours. For this assessment centre experience, you need to prepare a presentation prior to the event. You will work individually in presenting to your assessor and a small group of your peers.
