Join us on 12th December for your in-person assessment centre at The Twickenham Stoop – Harlequin Rugby Ground, Langhorn Dr, Twickenham TW2 7SX
You will be allocated to one of two sessions throughout the day. The first session is at 8:40am – 12:45pm and the second session will run from 13:15pm-17:20pm.
You must attend the session you have been allocated to.
You will take part in the following exercises where you will receive very detailed and personalised feedback that will help you when applying for future roles. As part of this assessment centre experience, you will be taking part in an interview. Your interview will last for 10 minutes and will give you an insight to the types of questions that you might encounter at a real employer’s interview. This exercise requires preparation which you can access below.
This exercise will involve you working in a group alongside your peers to complete a task, or solve a problem. They are designed to assess your behaviour and effectiveness within a team environment.
You will not be given a brief in advance for this exercise.
Within the ‘live’ environment of an employer’s assessment centre, you may be asked to deliver a presentation that helps to showcase some of your key skills and behaviours. For this assessment centre experience, you are tasked with preparing a presentation prior to the event. You will work individually and will be asked to present to your assessor and some of your peers.
